We build the AI system your business needs — and power it with agents we own.

Most firms hand you a strategy deck, or a platform you have to work out yourself. We do the discovery, engineer the solution, and plug in AIOBC Agents — production-tested infrastructure that takes you live in weeks, not quarters.

The short version

Pure agencies rebuild everything from scratch and bill you for the learning curve. Pure platforms hand you software and leave the hard part to you. We do both halves — which is why our systems go live in weeks, not quarters.

Two pillars, one company

A consultancy that owns its infrastructure.

We map how your business actually runs and build the system end to end. Where it needs an agent, we configure ours — instead of starting from zero and billing you for it.

01 — CONSULTANCY & DEVELOPMENT

We find the problem, then engineer the fix.

We map how your business runs, identify where AI creates measurable value, and build the system end to end — integrated into the tools your teams already use.

  • Process discovery and opportunity mapping
  • Custom agentic systems and RAG pipelines
  • Business, data and document intelligence
  • Integration with CRM, telephony and core systems
  • Production deployment, monitoring and support
02 — AIOBC AGENTS

The engine inside every build.

Our own reusable agent infrastructure, hardened across production deployments. Where your solution needs an agent, we configure ours.

  • Voice, document, knowledge, insight and vision agents
  • Orchestration routing work between agents and people
  • Model-agnostic — we choose what fits, not what we resell
  • Evaluation, guardrails and audit trails built in
  • Maintained by the team that built it

Watch the orchestration layer do the work.

It routes work between the agents, your systems and your people, with a human sign-off wherever a decision matters. This feed is a simulation, but the events in it are typical of what runs in production.

Why teams choose us

Engineers, not integrators.

Most automation firms wire together tools they don't own. We build the infrastructure — which is why we can commit to timelines others can't.

Straight answers

Questions we always get.

Not covered here? Ask on the first call — thirty minutes, no deck.

Start a conversation
How fast can we actually be live?

A focused pilot typically takes two to four weeks. That speed comes from agent components that are already built and proven in production — your pilot is a configuration exercise around one workflow, not a research project.

Are you replacing our people?

No. Our systems take on the scripted, repetitive part of the work and hand the decisions to people. In regulated or high-value processes we build human-in-the-loop review gates in from the first sprint, not as an afterthought.

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits. AIOBC Agents are model-agnostic, so we choose for your accuracy, cost and data-residency requirements — not for what we resell.

Are we locked in?

No. Documented systems, model-agnostic architecture and monthly terms with thirty days' notice. You stay with us because the work is good, not because leaving is painful.

What if AI isn't the right answer?

Then we'll tell you. If part of what you need is better solved by software you already own, or by fixing a process rather than automating it, we'll say so. The audit roadmap is yours either way.

What about sensitive data?

We choose models and hosting to match your data-residency requirements. Where it's needed, we build entirely on in-house and open-source components so data never leaves the environment it belongs in — as we did for clinical imaging.

Your move

Tell us what's slowing you down.

Thirty minutes. We'll tell you what we'd automate first, what we wouldn't, and whether we're the right team to do it.
